NysaVision is committed to delivering exceptional digital marketing services and building lasting relationships with our clients. However, unforeseen circumstances may arise, and this policy outlines our approach to refunds.


General Policy:


We acknowledge that refunds are rare scenarios. Our primary focus is on exceeding expectations and delivering successful campaigns. In the unlikely event of a legitimate issue related to our service delivery, we will review the circumstances and proceed accordingly.


Refund Eligibility


Full Refunds:
If Nysa Vision is unable to deliver the agreed-upon service due to our own shortcomings, a full refund will be issued.


Partial Refunds:

If work has begun beyond the initial set-up phase, refunds are determined on a case-by-case basis, considering the amount of work completed and the reason for cancellation.
Clients terminating mid-campaign after the initial set-up will be charged for completed work, any campaign setup fees, and potential cancellation fees.
We reserve the right to withhold a portion of the refund to cover administrative costs associated with the cancellation.


Non-Refundable Services:

Certain services may be non-refundable due to their nature, such as software purchases, external platform fees, API integrations, or one-time consulting fees. These will be clearly identified at the time of engagement.


Additional Considerations:

Client-Driven Termination: If a client chooses to terminate the contract due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., change of mind, budget constraints), a penalty may be applied as outlined in the signed agreement. No refund will be issued in such cases.

Contractual Agreements: All refund terms will be explicitly stated in the service agreement, which must be signed by the client before work commences.

Processing Time:

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving your cancellation request. You will receive a notification via email once your refund has been processed.
